PTFE (Teflon) Unfilled Rod/Bar is a high-performance engineering material valued for its exceptional chemical resistance, extremely low coefficient of friction, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Manufactured from virgin, unfilled PTFE, it offers a smooth, non-stick surface and reliable performance across a wide temperature range.
Easy to machine into precise components, PTFE rod is ideal for producing seals, bushes, bearings, insulators, spacers, guides and other parts used in demanding industrial environments. It also has very low moisture absorption and excellent resistance to weathering, making it suitable for applications in the chemical processing, electrical, food-processing and general engineering industries.
