PEEK GF30 Rod is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic reinforced with 30% glass fibre. The glass fibre reinforcement provides greater stiffness, mechanical strength and dimensional stability than unfilled PEEK, making this grade particularly suitable for components subjected to high static loads and elevated temperatures.
The material offers excellent resistance to creep, chemicals, steam and hydrolysis, helping machined components maintain their shape and performance in demanding operating environments. Its low coefficient of thermal expansion also makes it a dependable choice where tight tolerances and dimensional consistency are important.
PEEK GF30 Rod can be precision-machined into structural components, valve parts, pump components, insulators, housings, supports, and other load-bearing parts. It is commonly used in aerospace, automotive, electrical, semiconductor, chemical-processing and high-performance engineering applications.
